Why?
After living here for more than a decade—often rejecting this place—I’ve decided to carve out a little cosy haven for myself.
A place where I can listen to the sound of water.
A place for solitude.
A place to meditate.
A place simply to be.
Stuck at home convalescing, the itch to start my own garden—with a water feature—grew steadily.
I am blessed to have friends who joined me to celebrate my mum. I love the chance to talk about her. Walk in her footsteps of hospitality and generosity. So grateful to mum for her gifts that keep on giving. Love you ma!

Scripting after ages. It took long to get the juices flowing, but I'm back baby! The amazing combination of cherry tomatoes, mushroom and artichoke on a pizza. One of the best pizzas I've had! Finding words coming back to fill my head. I wish I had written it down when it came to me.
