Intertwined, Styled, Diction, Peace, Mum, Solution

I was shooting flowers in the garden, got some of the dogs too, when I heard my phone ping. It was a message from J. She went to mass with her parents… wow to that. She recognised a priest at church. Turned out to be our old parish priest. He sent his love and regards. I’m glad I could send mine too. I love how our lives are so intertwined.

A dress I bought in India, which my sister called “regular”. Took a bet on it today. With pearls, a stole and contrasting lipstick, it was the perfect dress to start the Paschal Triduum. So glad I have a tribe that doesn’t hesitate to compliment me.

I read the bidding prayers today. In English and Spanish. I was nervous about the Spanish bit, but was so delighted when a Spanish friend and a Spanish deacon took time to compliment me on my diction. I am so chuffed.

Feeling a deep sense of peace after confessing. Each time I do it, I am reminded of the beauty of this sacrament. I need to remember this.

Wishing a friend’s mum to be told that my mum was remembered too. You will never be forgotten ma.

I was looking for a solution for our issues with a room to host the Theologians’ Corner. I was shown a garage today… and given a possible solution. I hope father agrees.
