Finishing my first knitting project for the year (I did knit another item, but stopped when I ran out of yarn) It’a a cowl and a friend referred to it as sea and sand because of the colours. It evokes such a beautiful image.

Repeating a cackle heard on TV. Probably the only one worse than mine.

Gritting my teeth and doing it. Some activities are distasteful, but still have to be done. Glad I’m getting to doing them instead of procrastinating.
