Drove out of town and within the first few meters in Segovia we glimpsed the moon looking larger than life. The gorgeous early morning light was faint enough for the moon to still shine bright and beautiful. Mesmerized, we drove on 🙂

The fabulous Playa de la concha in San Sebastián (Bay of La Concha in San Sebastián). Wow. Been a long time since a beach managed to impress me.

Torrija (French Toast with a slight twist) is staple Holy Week dessert. This particular restaurant, after stunning us with their risotto, sea food salad and foie, decided to amaze us with a new take on Torrija. Haven’t ever enjoyed this dessert until this version!
