Miracle, Heroes, Gratitude

We take flying for granted, often complaining about tight confines and bad food, but being up in the air so many hours got me thinking of the simple details that kept us alive in a heap of metal soaring through the air. Ever wonder how the -57F doesn’t bother us?

The ground staff and the alert-at-all-hours staff in the towers that make sure that we are clear to land or takeoff. Imagine miscalculating that bit.

My BIL, MIL and FIL for offering to take me to the airport. Waking up early and making sure everything was peachy. Thank you so much.
